Ingredients
 

BALSAMIC CHICKEN MARINADE

  • 4 (455 g) Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp (40 g) French EVOO
  • 1 Tbsp (20 g) Provence Apricot Jam
  • 1 tsp (0.1 g) Mediterranean Herbs
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
  • Sel Gris Mill
  • Pepper Mill

DRESSING/VINAIGRETTE

  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp (40 g) French EVOO
  • 1 Tbsp (20 g) Provence Apricot Jam
  • Sel Gris Mill
  • Pepper Mill

SALAD

  • 1 Pt (470 g) strawberries (Washed | Pat Dry | Quartered)
  • 8 oz (225 g) butter salad
  • 2 avocados (Sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Use the Mini Herb Chopper to thinly chop the garlic for both the Marinade and Dressing (4 garlic gloves total). Set aside.

DRESSING/VINAIGRETTE PREPARATION

ASSEMBLY

  • Toss the salad together with half of the dressing. Assemble the salad ingredients onto your serving platter, layering the strawberries around. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Serve and enjoy. Bon Appétit!
