Arrange the bacon in one layer on your Flexiflat® Tray . Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C until browned but not crispy. Carefully transfer to a kitchen towel to absorb the additional fat and dispose of the bacon grease from your tray.
In a small bowl, add the maple syrup, Chipotle Mustard, and brown sugar. Use your mini whisk to combine. Set aside.
Return the bacon to your Flexiflat® Tray . Brush it with the glaze then turn it over (glaze down). Bake for 2 additional minutes.
Then, carefully turn it over and bake for another 2 minutes, or until desired doneness. Serve immediately as a side to your favorite meal. Enjoy & Bon appétit!
