SPICED MARMALADE DRESSING / ASSEMBLY
Cut your shallots in half. Place them directly in your Eco Chop and give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Transfer them to a smaller bowl. Set aside.
Just before serving, toss your mixed greens, with the Spiced Marmelade dressing. Add the Goat cheese, Sun-dried Cranberries, Pecans and Mandarin segments. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
