In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil and Boursin Cheese.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
Fill your Pastry Bag with the batter and carefully pipe it onto each Madeleine well of the Flexipan®.
Add two pieces of Imitation Crab on top, gently pressing them down.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Madeleines from 12min)
Once your Imitation Crab & Boursin Madeleines are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
