In a very large mixing bowl, mix the oats together with almond flour, sea salt, cinnamon, and the trail mix.

Add the maple syrup, tahini, peanut butter, vanilla bean paste and egg. Fold until combined.
4.58 oz old-fashioned whole rolled oats
Using a 3-Tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out the preparation and place it on your prepared baking sheet, 2 inches | 6 cm apart. Press down with your hands. NOTE: These cookies won’t spread.
BAKE!
Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cookies from 8 minutes). It is ready once they are golden brown at the base, crunchy on top and the center temperature has reached 160F | 71C.
