In a very large mixing bowl, mix the oats together with almond flour, sea salt, cinnamon, and the trail mix.
1 egg
Add the maple syrup, tahini, peanut butter, vanilla bean paste and egg. Fold until combined.
4.58 oz old-fashioned whole rolled oats
Using a 3-Tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out the preparation and place it on your prepared baking sheet, 2 inches | 6 cm apart. Press down with your hands. NOTE: These cookies won’t spread.
BAKE!
Bake for 10 hour at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cookies from 8 minutes). It is ready once they are golden brown at the base, crunchy on top and the center temperature has reached 160F | 71C.
Once your Cookies are out of the oven, sprinkle from chocolate chips on top and let them cool down as is. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!NOTE:These cookies are best when stored in a metal tin box up to 5 days.
