NOTE:Place the mixing bowl along with the beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes prior preparing the butterscotch cream. This will help your whipped cream to be stiff and fluffy.
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks. Fold the butterscotch syrup and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Keep refrigerated until your assemble your butterbeer. IMPORTANT:Do not overmix.
8.47 oz heavy cream, 4 oz butterscotch syrup, 1.06 oz powdered sugar
ASSEMBLY
