Ham & Parmesan Financiers (Gluten Free)

This Ham and Parmesan Apéritif is perfect to be enjoyed with your favorite beverage or with a salad. Bonus: It is Gluten Free!

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cooled butter, egg whites, corn startch and almond flour. Add the parmesan and shredded ham. Mix until combined. Spoon and flatten your batter into the Flexipan®. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your financiers from 12min)
Once your Parmesan Financiers are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
