Ham & Apples Savory Cake

Preheat oven at 375F/190C.
Wash and peel your apples. Then, remove the core and dice them into small cubes. Set aside.
On a chopping board, cut the ham into small cubes as well. set aside.
In the mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sweet basil olive oil and milk.
Using a spatula, slowly add flour, baking powder, chopped apples, parmesan cheese and grated cheese.
Pour your batter into the flexipan® by spreading gently until smooth.
Bake for 40 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 30min)
Once your cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
