Pour the Heavy Whipping Cream into the Small Round Mold and bring it just to a boil in microwave, about 30 seconds at a time (1 1/2 minute total). Add the dark chocolate chips and swirl to coat all chips. Allow to sit for 2 minutes, add the Grand Marnier and then stir. Transfer to a mixing bowl and let it set at room temperature so it thickens for 1 hour. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
