Ingredients

  • 2.82 oz (80 g) butter (Melted)
  • 2.11 oz (60 g) almond flour
  • 1.23 oz (35 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2.47 oz (70 g) Grated Parmesan
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3.53 oz (100 g) Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
  • 1 tsp (2 g) Greek oregano
  • Salt, Pepper (I did not put any)

Instructions

FETA AND OREGANO APPETIZERS PREPARATION

  • Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on medium until melted. Then, continue to heat until there are no more bubbles coming up and the whistling sound has reduced (about 5 minutes). Pass your brown butter through the sift. Set aside.
    2.82 oz butter
  • In a mixing bowl, mix in the almond flour, all-purpose flour, grated parmesan cheese and Greek Oregano. Make a well, fold the egg whites together with the cooled melted brown butter. Add the crumbled goat cheese. Mix until combined. NOTE: The batter will be thick and heavy that's completely normal.
2.11 oz almond flour, 1.23 oz all-purpose flour, 2.47 oz Grated Parmesan, 3 egg whites, 3.53 oz Feta Cheese
  • Scoop your batter into your Mini St Honoré Tray. It will make 20 appetizers in total.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Appetizers from 18 minutes). It is ready when the appetizers are golden brown.
  • Once your Feta and Oregano Crunchy Appetizers are out of the oven, let them cool down completely in the mold. Then flip them over onto your serving tray. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
