In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and sugar for 3 minutes on Medium-high speed, until light and fluffy. Mix in the softened butter, yogurt and vanilla bean paste. Combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder. NOTE: For this recipe I prefer using Vanilla Paste because the bean is crunchy and brings more flavor than the extract would.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tart from 25min). It is ready when the tart has puffed up and the edges are golden brown.
Once your European Sweet Yogurt Pie is out of the oven, let it completely cool down in the mold. It will deflate, that's normal. Then, lift it to unmold and slide it onto your serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
