Add the bacon to your Flexipat® and cover with your Medium bonMAT™. Bake for about 18 minutes. Once ready, transfert the bacon onto a paper towel and blot to remove the grease. Once cooled, chop the bacon in your Eco Chop. Set aside.
Cook your pasta as indicated on the packet, al dente. 10min for me. Toss with a little bit of Parmesan Olive Oil, so the pasta does not stick while the rest is being prepared. Set aside.
Pour the chopped gralic into the Flexipat® and mix it with the bacon grease. Return to the oven and bake for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
While the garlic is browning, heat the heavy whipping cream in a microwaveable dish for 45 seconds.
Carefully remove your Flexipat® from the oven, add all your remaining ingredients (Cream, Aioli, Bacon, Parmesan, Herbs, Salt, Pepper, and your al dente Fettuccine pasta). Toss to combine using the Versatile Tongs. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Once ready, remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
