Roll out the gingerbread dough onto the Roul'Pat™. Then, using your cookie cutters, cut your gingerbread man out and place them directly onto your Bonmat™.
BAKE!
Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Bake for 10 minutes (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cookies from 8min). It is ready when golden brown around the edge.
Once your Easy Gingerbread Man Cookies are out of the oven, let them completely cool down directly onto your baking sheet.
VANILLA ICING
While your Cookies are cooling down, prepare the vanilla icing.
In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, corn syrup and sea salt. Then, add 2 tbsp of spring water. Mix until combined. IMPORTANT: Add 1/2 tsp of water at a time to find the right balance.
Fill your Pastry Bag with the icing. Cut the tip to the desired thickness of design, and pipe away.
Let them dry for an hour or so. Then, slide them onto a serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
