Easy Banana Cake

There is something delicious about this Banana Cake: It is light like a sponge and has much less calories than in a Banana bread :)

Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
In the bowl of your stand mixer beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract for about 10 min (Medium speed).
Then, whisk in the yogurt, vegetable oil, flour and baking powder. Finally, gently stir the diced bananas (2 Bananas). Pour the batter into your Flexipan® . Decorate the top with your sliced Banana. Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 20min).
Once your Banana Cake is out of the oven, wait about 10 minutes before unmolding directly onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
