These deviled strawberries filled with creamy vanilla bean frosting and topped with crushed pistachios are not only a feast for the eyes but a burst of flavor in every bite. Perfect for any occasion, they are simple to make and sure to impress!
6.35oz(180g)powdered sugar(Original recipe uses 9.53 oz | 270 g)
2Tbsp(15g)raw pistachios(Crushed)
Instructions
STRAWBERRIES PREPARATION
Wash and dry your strawberries then use a melon scoop or a small pairing knife to carve out a small portion of the center. Be careful not to cut through the bottom of the strawberry. NOTE: You do not need to carve out a lot. Repeat this step for each strawberries then set them aside on a kitchen paper towel.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING PREPARATION
In a mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese together with the butter, using an electric mixer.
4 oz cream cheese, 2 oz butter
Add the sea salt and vanilla bean paste to the mixture.
1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing on low speed. NOTE: Be sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as you mix to ensure everything is combining evenly.Once the frosting has come together into a nice soft and smooth texture, transfer it to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

ASSEMBLY
Dab the center of the strawberries with a kitchen towel. NOTE: This step will allow the frosting to stick better to the fruit.Pipe a dollop of frosting into the center of each strawberries. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top. Repeat these steps for each strawberry. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
