Place all the ingredients for the dressing into a mini food processor. Pulse until you get the texture desired. Taste and adjust to your liking.
7.94 oz Mayonnaise, 1 tsp Anchovy paste, 2 Garlic Cloves, 2 Tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp Dijon Mustard, 1.76 oz Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl toss the chopped crispy chicken together with the Romaine Lettuce, croutons and 1/2 Caesar's dressing.
4 crispy chicken, 2 Romaine Lettuce, 1 cup Croutons
Place some of the salad in the middle of a wrap and fold it around into a polygon shape.
4 tortilla wraps
Pan fry your wrap until the tortilla is golden, slice in half and enjoy with more salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
