Place your washed and pat dry basil leaves in your Mini Herb Chopper. Give it a few twists to chop to your liking. Transfer the chopped leaves to a small mixing bowl.
Combine the softened butter and salt and set aside.
CORN PREPARATION
Remove the leaves of your corn and wash it under cold water.
Microwave on high until desired doneness, about 3 minutes.
Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Rub the basil butter around. Enjoy & Bon Appétit.
