Corn on The Cob with Basil Butter (Microwave)

This Corn on The Cob is amazing! It is cooked in the microwave then brushed with homemade Basil Butter. Summer BBQ never looked so delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 corn on the cob (Fresh | Washed)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
  • Sel Gris Mill

Instructions
 

BASIL BUTTER PREPARATION

  • Place your washed and pat dry basil leaves in your Mini Herb Chopper. Give it a few twists to chop to your liking. Transfer the chopped leaves to a small mixing bowl.
  • Combine the softened butter and salt and set aside.

CORN PREPARATION

COOK!

  • Microwave on high until desired doneness, about 3 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Rub the basil butter around. Enjoy & Bon Appétit.
