Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on medium until melted. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the clementine zest and juice. Add the light brown sugar, cooled melted butter, and yogurt. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder and chocolate chips (coated in flour). Mix until smooth.
Pour your batter into yourLoaf Mold, flatten the top with your spatula. Add more chocolate chips on top if you like. Then, coat the tip of your spatula with some vegetable oil and dip it into the center of your batter to form a line (lengthwise). This will create a beautiful line on your baked cake.
BAKE!
Bake for 45 minutes at 320F/160C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 40min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once your Clementine Cake with Chocolate Chips is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
