This Cinnamon Roll Cake brings all the cozy flavors of a classic cinnamon roll into one irresistible cake! Prepare / line a standard half-sheet cake pan (18 x 13 inches | 46 x 33 cm) with about a 1-inch | 2.5 cm depth like you would usually do and set aside.
Preheat oven to 345℉ | 175℃.
VANILLA CAKE BATTER PREPARATION
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter together with the granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2.65 oz butter, 4.40 oz granulated sugar
Mix in the eggs and vanilla bean paste.
3 Large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
In a separate mixing bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and baking powder together.
14.10 oz all-purpose flour, 1 Tbsp baking powder
Then, stir the flour into the mixture along with the milk.Spread the cake batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Set aside.

CINNAMON FILLING PREPARATION
In a microwavable safe bowl, melt the butter in intervals of 30 seconds (1 minute total).Stir in the light brown sugar together with the ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
4.40 oz butter, 2.65 oz light brown sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Distribute the cinnamon filling over the top, and swirl it in using a fork to create a marbled effect.
BAKE!
Bake for 18 minutes at 345℉ | 175℃. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 15 minutes). It is ready when the top is set with cinnamon pockets and the toothpick inserted comes out almost clean or with little to no crumbs.
VANILLA BEAN GLAZE PREPARATION
While the cake in baking, mix the powdered sugar with the milk and vanilla bean paste until a thick glaze forms.
7.05 oz powdered sugar, 2.30 oz milk, 1 Tsp vanilla bean paste
Spread the vanilla bean glaze over the cake while it is still warm.
