Indulge in the most wickedly delicious treat this Spooky Season with this sinfully sweet chocolate covered strawberry pumpkins! Transform ordinary berries into delightful Halloween treats that will have everyone mesmerized!
Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the Microwave 15 seconds at time. Stir with a mini whisk in between until melted. Add the orange gel food coloring, then pipe half of the melted chocolate into each well of the Pumpkin Mold. Add the strawberries (NOTE:I suggest to use small and of even size strawberries). Fill the 3D mold completely. Refrigerate to let it set for 30 minutes or so, it is very quick.
5 oz white chocolate chips, gel food coloring, 4 strawberries
CHOCOLATE GANACHE PREPARATION
Pour the heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Bring it just to a boil in microwave, about 30 seconds at a time (1 minute total). Add the dark chocolate chips and swirl to coat all chips. Allow to sit for 2 minutes, then stir. Let your ganache cool down at room temperature so it thickens, it does not take much time.
4 oz heavy cream, 4 oz dark chocolate chips
ASSEMBLY - At the center of your serving bowl, scoop a few tablespoons of the chocolate ganache and place the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pumpkin at the center. Enjoy! "BONE" Appétit & Happy Halloween!
