In a mixing bowl, mix the sliced almonds, dark chocolate chips and ground cinnamon together. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks. Halfway, add the sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder while continuing beating. Then, using a spatula carefully fold it into your almond preparation.
Preheat oven to 300F/150C. Bake for 30 minutes (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cookies from 25min). It is ready when the meringue is formed.
Once your hocolate and Almond Macaron Cookies are out of the oven, let them cool down completely on your baking sheet. When ready, slide them onto a serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
