Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
Bring a medium sauce pan of salted water to a boil. Add the frozen broccoli florets and cook, uncovered, until tender, about 8 minutes depending on the size of the florets. When ready remove from the heat. Pass it through the sieve and mash it with a fork. Set aside to cool down.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the all-purpose flour and instant yeast. Make a well and add the milk, egg and cooled melted butter. Beat on a medium high speed for 1 minute or until it is all incorporated and smooth. Fold the chopped ham, mashed broccoli and shredded cheddar. Season with Salt and Pepper (To Taste).

Cover your preparation with a plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425F/220C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your waffles from 18min).
Once your Broccoli, Ham and Cheddar Waffles are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 1min. Then, flip and serve. Enjoy with your favorite side salad. Bon Appétit!
