You will fall in love at the first bite with these Boursin® garlic and fine herbs mini canelés. They are the perfect appetizer to elevate any occasion and impress your guests!
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs together with the Boursin® cheese, olive oil and almond flour. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
3 eggs, 4 oz Boursin cheese, 4.76 oz all-purpose flour, 2.65 oz olive oil, 2.40 oz almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder
Scoop or pipe the batter into your Mini Canelé Tray (about 1 1/2 tablespoons). Add a green olive per well if using any (I did not).
30 green olives
BAKE!
Bake for 12 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini cakes from 10 minutes). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once your Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Mini Canelés are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, unmold onto your service platter. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
