Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Mini Canelés

You will fall in love at the first bite with these Boursin® garlic and fine herbs mini canelés. They are the perfect appetizer to elevate any occasion and impress your guests!

Ingredients
 

  • 3 eggs (Large)
  • 4 oz (115 g) Boursin cheese
  • 2.65 oz (75 g) olive oil
  • 2.40 oz (68 g) almond flour
  • 4.76 oz (135 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp (8 g) baking powder
  • 30 green olives (I did not put any)

Instructions
 

BOURSIN® CANELÉS PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs together with the Boursin® cheese, olive oil and almond flour. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
    3 eggs, 4 oz Boursin cheese, 4.76 oz all-purpose flour, 2.65 oz olive oil, 2.40 oz almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder
  • Scoop or pipe the batter into your Mini Canelé Tray (about 1 1/2 tablespoons). Add a green olive per well if using any (I did not).
    30 green olives

BAKE!

  • Bake for 12 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini cakes from 10 minutes). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once your Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Mini Canelés are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, unmold onto your service platter. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
