In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients (Bisquick, sugar, ground cinnamon). Make a well and add the egg. Gently start mixing inwards going outwards with your mini whisk. Add the applesauce, milk and vegetable oil. Mix until it is all incorporated.
Pour your preparation into your Flexipan®. Cover with your Bonmat so the Puffs rise flat.
BAKE!
Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 12min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once your Applesauce Puffs are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold and set aside.
CINNAMON SUGAR PREPARATION
While your cakes are cooling, prepare the cinnamon sugar. Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Meanwhile, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Then, brush the melted butter on your puffs and coat with the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
