The bewitching blend of rich Guinness and bubbly champagne creates a spellbinding drink that’s as dramatic as it is delicious. Ingredients
 

  • 4 oz (115 g) Guinness Stout (Chilled)
  • 4 oz (115 g) Champagne (Chilled | I used Sparkling Wine)
  • 1/4 tsp (1.23 g) edible food dust (My personal addition)

Instructions
 

BLACK VELVET PREPARATION

  • To a chilled glass, add the edible food dust and fill halfway with Champagne. Carefully pour Guinness over the back of a bent spoon to float onto the champagne. Cheers & Happy Halloween!
    4 oz Guinness Stout, 4 oz Champagne, 1/4 tsp edible food dust
