Dive into a spooky twist on a classic favorite! This Beetlejuice Shrimp "Cocktail" Farfalle is the perfect blend of vibrant flavors and Halloween fun. This eye-catching dish is sure to impress your guests and add a touch of eerie elegance to your table!
Arrange the cherry tomatoes and the thinly sliced garlic into one layer in your Square Mold. Add the olive oil, season with Greek Oregano and pepper (To taste). Toss to coat. Place the Feta cheese at the center. NOTE: Salt is not necessary in this recipe, because Feta is naturally salty.
Roast for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tomatoes from 25 minutes). It is ready when the tomato skin has softens and begins to burst.
Pour the contents of your mold into your blender. Mix into a purée. Set aside.
PASTA PREPARATION
Cook your pasta al dente according to package instructions: 8 minutes for me. Drain and add a drizzle of olive oil so the pasta does not stick and start platting.
8.80 oz black squid ink pasta
SHRIMP PREPARATION
While your pasta is cooking, prepare your shrimps.
In a hot frying pan, add the olive oil and cook the shrimps for 2 minutes on each side on a medium low heat. They are ready when the Digital Thermometer registers 120F/50C.

ASSEMBLY
Scoop your roasted tomatoes "cocktail" sauce onto your plate. Add a layer of pasta, a layer of shrimp and a few more pasta. Then, sprinkle chopped Italian parsley on top. Serve right away to enjoy your Beetlejuice Shrimp "Cocktail" Farfalle. Enjoy! "BONE" Appétit & Happy HALLOWEEN!
