Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
Mash all your bananas into a bowl. Then mix in the lemon juice so the bananas don't get dark. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together on medium-high speed until light and fluffy (about 4 minutes). Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder and hazelnut flour. Mix in the cooled melted butter. Then, carefully fold the corn flakes.
Pour your batter into your Flexipat®. Evenly spread with your spatula.
BAKE!
Bake for 50 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 45min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted is almost clean.
Once your Banana Cake with Corn Flakes is out of the oven, wait about 10 minutes before unmolding directly onto your cooling rack. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
