  • 8 oz (227 g) Brie Cheese (Sliced)
  • 5.70 oz (162 g) fig jam
  • reduced balsamic (To serve)

Instructions

APPETIZER PREPARATION

  • First roll the puff pastry directly onto your Roul'Pat and slice it into 12 squares.
    1 Puff pastry sheet
  • Arrange each square into the wells of our Mini Muffin Tray. Add a teaspoon of fig jam. Cut your brie into 12 cubes and add a cube of brie on top of the jam.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your appetizers from 12 minutes). It is ready when the pastry has puffed and is golden.
  • Once your Baked Brie and Fig Jam Appetizers are out of the oven, let them cool down completely in the mold. Then, demold onto your service platter by lifting the puff pastry up. Serve with a drizzle of reduced balsamic. Bon Appétit & Happy Holidays!
