Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a twist on a classic favorite! This Baileys Irish Cream Tiramisu Trifle is incredibly easy to make—no eggs required! Dive into layers of creamy goodness, bold coffee, and a splash of Irish charm. Perfect for your festive feast or a sweet treat any day!
NOTE: Chill the mixing bowl together with the whisk in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before you start making this recipe.
NOTE 2:This recipe makes 2 tumblers or 4 whiskey glasses.
BAILEYS BISCUITS PREPARATION
Add the lady finger biscuits to a ziploc bag. Break them into smaller pieces with a rolling pin making sure not to crush them to dust.
12 Lady Finger Biscuits
In a mixing bowl, mix in the brewed coffee together with the Baileys. Add the lady finger biscuits and mix gently. Set aside to soak.
5.5 oz strong brewed coffee, 2 Tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
BAILEYS MASCARPONE CREAM
To the chilled mixing bowl add the mascarpone cheese and heavy cream. Whip on high until stiff peaks form. Then, add the honey, Baileys and vanilla bean paste to the mixture and beat until combined. Transfer to a piping bag. Set aside.
5 oz mascarpone cheese, 6 oz heavy cream, 1 1/2 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp Baileys Irish Cream, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
ASSEMBLY
Scoop 2 tablespoons of soaked biscuits to the bottom of your glass. Pipe a layer of Baileys cream. Repeat until you reach the top of the glass finishing with a layer of cream. Dust the cocoa powder on top. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
