Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
Peel your carrots, remove the ends and cut them in 2-3 pieces. Set aside.
Peel and cut your onion in 6-8 pieces. Set aside.
Cut your broccoli florets in smaller pieces. Set aside.
Using the eco-chop, chop your carrots, onions and broccoli, one at a time or all together. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan on medium, and once hot, place the chopped bacon and onions. Cook for about 10min, until golden on edges.
Then, add the rosemary oil, chopped carrots and broccoli. Cook for another 10min, until almost cooked.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and cream. Add pepper (Season to taste)
Then add flour, the shredded cheese and the ingredients from your frying pan.
Place your Deep Heart Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet.
Pour the batter into the Flexipan® using the mini ladle.
Bake for 18 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini quiches from 10min)
Once your mini quiches are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy. Bon Appétit!
