This mouthwatering bacon and peas savory loaf will have you coming back for seconds! Perfectly crispy bacon, bursting peas, and a hint of herbs make this loaf a true flavor explosion. So deliciously comforting, it will instantly become a family favorite!
3 eggs, 7 oz Ricotta cheese, 1.85 oz milk, 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp Chipotle Mustard, 4.25 oz all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 oz bacon, 4 oz frozen peas, 4 oz goat cheese, 1/2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb blend, Sel Gris Mill, Pepper Mill
Pour your preparation into your Twisted Loaf Mold , cover with the Small Bonmat on top. NOTE: This will allow your cake to raise flat.
BAKE!
Bake for 45 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your loaf from 40 minutes).
Once your Bacon and Peas Savory Loaf is out of the oven, remove the Bonmat and let it cool down for about 20 minutes. Then, flip the mold onto your service platter to demold. Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
