Ingredients
 

  • 4 oz (115 g) Asparagus (Washed | Cut in Smaller Pieces)
  • 8 oz (225 g) Broccoli (Washed | Cut in Smaller Florets)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup (140 g) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) milk
  • 1 Tbsp (7.5 g) Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb blend
  • 2 oz (55 g) shredded cheese (I Used Mexican Blend)
  • 2 oz (55 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mill (Season to Taste)

Instructions
 

CRUSTLESS QUICHE PREPARATION

BAKE!

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your quiche from 25min).
  • Once your Asparagus and Broccoli Crustless Quiche is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold and serve. Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
