Ingredients
 

BAKED SALMON

  • 12 oz (340 g) salmon filets

MARINADE

  • 1 Tbsp (14 g) olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp (40 g) Greek Honey
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) Chipotle Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp (35 g) Soy Sauce (Trader Joes | Coconut Aminos)
  • 2 tsp (0.2 g) Mediterranean Herbs
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) citrus balsamic
  • Sel Gris Mill (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mill (Season to Taste)

MARINADE PREPARATION

SALMON PREPARATION

  • Lay your salmon skin side down on your Flexipat®. Pour the marinade on top. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

ROAST!

  • Take your Salmon out of the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
  • Roast for 25 minutes at 425F/220C. (Time will differ from the size and thickness of your salmon). Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the salmon is cooked through when the thickest part reaches 145°F/63C (Source: FDA).
  • Once your Honey Soy Glazed Baked Salmon is out of the oven, let it cool down for a couple of minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
