Heat your frying pan on Medium 5 minutes prior starting making your Vietnamese Pizza (Do not oil the surface).
Place one rice paper in your pan. Spread right away a tablespoon of sweet and sour chili sauce on top. Crack the egg and use your mini whisk to mix the egg together with the chili sauce. Sprinkle the sliced green onions. Then, drizzle some Kewpie Mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
Fold in half when all parts are crispy. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
