In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, vanilla extract, vegetable oil and sugar. Sprinkle the all-purpose flour, baking powder and sea salt. Fold until combined.
Split your dough into 3 smaller bowl (Mine weighted: 16.22oz/3=5.40oz | 460g/3=155g).
In each bowl, mix in the food colorants respectively: Blue, White and Red. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
ASSEMBLY
Take your dough out of the refrigerator. Scoop 1 teaspoon of blue dough and roll it between the palm of your hands. Repeat with the white and red dough.
Then, roll them all together into the powdered sugar. Transfer each one of them directly onto your bonMAT™ spaced out.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Crinkles from 10min). You will know your cookies are ready once you see the crack around and lightly golden.
Once your Blue, White and Red Crinkle Cookies are out of the oven, let them completely cool down before handling them. Enjoy with a nice cup of Tea or Coffee! Bon appétit!
