Tomato & Pesto Mini Pizza | Valentine’s Day
Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust (7.8 oz / 221 g roll | I used Jus-Rol)
- 4 Tbsp (60 g) marinara sauce
- 4 Tbsp (60 g) pesto sauce
- 3 sliced cheese
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. NOTE: For this recipe, I used my Large Bonmat on the top of a Large Perforated Baking Sheet. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
PIZZA PREPARATION
- Unroll the pizza crust. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut out 8 hearts. Place them directly on your baking sheet.1 pizza crust
- Spread the marinara sauce onto 4 hearts and spread the pesto sauce onto the other 4 hearts.4 Tbsp marinara sauce, 4 Tbsp pesto sauce
BAKE!
- Bake for 12 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your pizza from 10 minutes). It is ready when the crust looks cooked through and golden brown. NOTE: Adjust the baking time depending on the size of your hearts.3 sliced cheese
- Once your Valentine Pizza is out of the oven, add the cut out cheese on top it will melt on its own. Serve right away. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
