Mini Crustless Bacon & Carrots Quiches
If there is something I really enjoy baking in my Flexipan® is crustless quiches. They always fit right in, regardless of the shape or size.

Mini Crustless Bacon & Carrots Quiches
Who can say no to mini bite-size quiches? I surely cannot!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 carrots (Chopped)
- 1/2 onion (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp roasted garlic oil (LINK under Equipment)
- 3 slices of bacon
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- pepper (Season to Taste)
- 3.5 oz (100 g) flour
- 3.5 oz (100 g) shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
- Peel your carrots, remove the ends and cut them in 2-3 pieces. Set aside.
- Peel and cut your onion in 6-8 pieces. Set aside.
- Using the eco-chop, chop your carrots and onions, one at a time. Set aside.
- Heat a frying pan on medium, and once hot, place the chopped bacon and onions. Cook for about 10min, until golden on edges.
- Then, add the roasted garlic oil and chopped carrots. Cook for another 10min, until almost cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and cream. Add pepper (Season to taste)
- Then add flour, the shredded cheese and the ingredients from your frying pan.
- Pour the batter into the Flexipan® using the mini ladle.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini quiches from 10min)
- Once your mini quiches are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy. Bon Appétit!
