Buttermilk Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (185 g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp (3 g) baking powder
- 3/4 tsp (3 g) baking soda
- 1/2 tsp (1 g) ground cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp (0.40 g) sea salt
- 4 Tbsp (55 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar (Original Recipe calls for 1 cup | 200g of Sugar)
- 1 egg
- 3 overriped Bananas (Mashed)
- 1/2 cup (120 g) buttermilk
Instructions
- Place your Twisted Crown Flexipan® Mold on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set Aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
BUTTERMILK BANANA BREAD PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt. Set Aside.
- In another mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together on medium high speed for about 2 minutes. Add the egg, the mashed bananas and buttermilk. Then, combine the dry ingredients. IMPORTANT: Do not over mix.
BAKE!
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 30min).
- Once your Buttermilk Banana Bread is out of the oven, wait about 10 minutes before unmolding directly onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
