Halloween Ghoulish Guacamole
Homemade Guacamole is always a family favorite! However, if you don’t own your Eco-Chop yet (Tornado pour mes Amis Français), you are missing out on the funnest way to prepare it. Of course, I can assist you with that, just reach out to me, I am always happy to help!
To prepare this recipe it is easy: First, prepare your Tortilla Cups ahead of time. Then, chop your Guacamole and color your Sour Cream to give it a little Halloween Twist. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!

Halloween Ghoulish Guacamole
Ingredients
- 8 flour tortilla (Small | Street Tacos)
- 1/4 sweet onion (Small)
- 1/2 cup (8 g) fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic gloves
- 3 ripe avocados (Large)
- 1 lime (Juice only)
- Sel Gris Mill (Season to Taste)
- 1/2 cup (115 g) sour cream
- red food colorant
Instructions
- Place your Muffin Flexipan® Tray on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
TACO CASE PREPARATION
- Fit your Small Flour Tortilla into each well of your Flexipan®.
- Bake for 6 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tacos from 5min).
GUACAMOLE PREPARATION
- While your taco cups are in the oven prepare your Guacamole.
- Wash your Fresh Cilantro thoroughly under cold water. Then, place it in the mesh basket of your Eco-Chop. Pull 5 times to air dry. Remove the basket from your Eco-Chop, rinse the container, and carefully add the blades linen-up. Add your Cilantro, Sweet Onion, Garlic. Pull 8 times or more depending of how you prefer it.
- Then, add 2 Avocados and the juice of half of the Lime. Pull 5 times. Add your last Avocado, the other half of the juice from the lime and the Sea Gris Salt. Pull 5 times or more to reach the consistency you desire.
- Once your Street Tacos Cups are out of the oven, allow them the cool down. Then, scoop some of your Homemade Guacamole. Top it off with a bit of Sour Cream previously mixed with red food colorant. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
