Goat Cheese, Honey & Tomato Tartlets

Ingredients
 

HOMEMADE OLIVE OIL PIE DOUGH (MAKES 1)

  • 1 3/4 cups (220 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup (70 g) Greek olive oil
  • 1/3 cup (75 g) Bottled Water (At Room Temperature)
  • 1 tsp (0.1 g) Greek herbs

TARTLET FILLING

  • 1 egg
  • 4 oz (115 g) Goat Cheese
  • 3 tbsp (65 g) Greek Thyme Honey
  • Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mill (Season to Taste)
  • 12 Grape Tomatoes (Sliced in Halves)
  • 1/4 tsp (1.23 g) Greek Feta Herbs
  • 2 Tbsp (20 g) pine nuts

Instructions
 

HOMEMADE OLIVE OIL PIE DOUGH (MAKES 1)

  • In a mixing bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and olive oil together with your spatula. Add the water and Greek Feta Herbs.

TARTLET PREPARATION

  • Roll the pie dough on the Roul'Pat®, and cut the shapes with your Oval Dough Cutter. Place each one over every well and use the Shaper to keep it centered. Lightly pierce your pastry with a fork. Reserve in the refrigerator.
    • Save
  • In a mixing bowlwhisk together the egg with the goat cheese. Add the Greek thyme honey, Salt and Pepper (season to taste). Set aside.
  • Take your Flexipan® out of the refrigerator.
  • Pour your Preparation on the top of the pastry. Arrange your sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle the Greek feta herbs and pine nuts.
    • Save

BAKE!

  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tartlets from 12min).
  • Once your Goat Cheese, Honey & Tomato Tartlets are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
