Easy Yogurt Cake Trio

Easy Yogurt Cake Trio
Ingredients
YOGURT CAKE BATTER
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 2 tsp (10 g) Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (120 g) Skyr yogurt
- 1/3 cup (75 g) Vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cup (150 g) flour (Sifted)
- 1 1/4 tsp (6 g) baking powder
CAKE FILLING + DECORATION
- 1 apple (Peeled – 1/2 Sliced + 1/2 Diced)
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Semi Sweet Chocolate chip (1/3 + 2/3 )
- 1 banana (1/2 Sliced + 1/2 Diced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In the bowl of your stand mixer beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract for about 10 min (Medium speed).
- Then, whisk in the yogurt, vegetable oil, flour and baking powder.
- Place your Almond Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Pour 1/3 of the batter in each well. Then, in one, mix in the diced apples, the other one the chocolate chips and in the last one the diced bananas. Decorate the top accordingly with the remaining fruits.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cakes from 20min).
- Once your cakes are out of the oven, wait about 10 minutes before unmolding directly onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
