Easy Crustless Quiches with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup (230 g) sour cream
  • Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mil (Season to Taste)
  • 1 zucchini (Washed and Diced)
  • 1/4 cup mini heirloom tomatoes (Washed and Diced)
  • 2 oz (55 g) fresh baby spinach leaves (Washed and Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup (170 g) grated cheese (Grated)
  • 4 oz (115 g) goat cheese (Crumbled)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sour cream together. Add Salt and Pepper (Season to taste). Add your diced zucchini, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach, grated cheese and goat cheese.
  • Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®.

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 425F/220C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your eggs from 18min).
    • Save
  • Once your Crustless Quiches are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
