Easy Crustless Quiches with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup (230 g) sour cream
- Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
- Pepper Mil (Season to Taste)
- 1 zucchini (Washed and Diced)
- 1/4 cup mini heirloom tomatoes (Washed and Diced)
- 2 oz (55 g) fresh baby spinach leaves (Washed and Chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup (170 g) grated cheese (Grated)
- 4 oz (115 g) goat cheese (Crumbled)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
- Place your Square Savarin Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sour cream together. Add Salt and Pepper (Season to taste). Add your diced zucchini, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach, grated cheese and goat cheese.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425F/220C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your eggs from 18min).
- Once your Crustless Quiches are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
